This lock is designated for fastening packings and for secure holding of point rails of switches settings. It consists of body 1, shackle 2 and key 3

The lock is mounted according to the next procedure: point rail is pressed to stock rail using packing, shackle 2 of the lock is placed in the packing and break block openings, and body 1 of the lock is mounted on it, key 3 is turned clockwise up to positive stop (Fig. 2 and Fig. 3). To dismount the lock it is necessary to turn the key in the body ounterclockwise up to positive stop, to dismount the body, to pull out the shackle from the openings of the packing and of the break block.

The lock is mounted and dismounted in 10-15 seconds.

Lock mass doesn't exceed 0.3 kg.

Lock structure provides for its secure functioning under temperatures from +55°C up to -60°C in conditions of snowfall, rain, icing. All locks available at the station are opened by one shape key, thus providing quick locking and unlocking.
