It is designed to process travel and transport documents at railway stations.

Text plate contains constant information: station name and railway name, inscription "ARRIVED" ("DEPARTED") with the space left for indicating the time in hand writing.
Using a numerator we can introduce: number of railway train (the first four numbers) and date (day, month, year - 2 numbers for each).
