Jumpers for transformer housings and cable boxes are used on railway track section with autonomous traction. They are designed for electrical connection of equipment to the rails, with the equipment being mounted inside the transformer housings together with relays and resistors.
Jumpers are produced according to Technical Regulations TУУ 01057491.021-2000, authorized by Ukrainian Railway Standard Administration and Automatics, Telemechanics and Communication Administration of Ukrainian Railway.
The jumper is delivered in complete of two branches of 1620 and 3600 mm length.
A branch of the jumper consists of contact steel bolt 1 and plug 2 mutually connected by steel zinc-plated cable 3. The cone part of the plug and contact bolt are zinc-plated. Each branch of the jumper goes in complete with isolating bush 4, isolating ring 5, washers 6 and nuts 7.
